Beyond Intellect with Dicken Bettinger | Episode 44
Dr. Dicken Bettinger is a psychological educator, author, and 3 Principles Practitioner. Dicken's book, Coming Home, is translated into 12 different languages. It's available on Audible and Amazon. In this conversation, Dicken and I discuss what lives beyond the intellect, into a vast, deeper knowing that's available to all of us. After years of experience working with individuals, Dicken has a keen sense of how to slow one down and guide them into a space of reflection to see what is new and fresh. It's in the quiet and stillness of mind that we can allow ourselves to notice new thought and insight. These insights are stepping stones to our deeper knowledge and, hence, our guidance in any area of our lives. There is so much more beyond the surface of our habitual thinking and intellect that goes unnoticed in today's society and even in psychology. Although our intellect helps us execute, it's not the primary driver of data, information, or guidance. In fact, many put improper pressure on the smaller mind and/or misuse thought to hurt themselves, thinking something is wrong with them or worse. Dicken and I also discuss using universal mind to guide us in business, business as an art, looking inside rather than outside ourselves for answers, and how we can break through to a new level of beingness.
